A FLUTE PLAYER MARTA KRATOCHVÍLOVÁ AND A JAZZ DOUBLE BASS PLAYER MARIAN FRIEDL PERFORMING TELEMAN

When at the beginning of the 18th century Georg Philipp Telemann composed his Fantasias for flute, jazz didn’t even exist. Three hundred years passed and jazz vibes were put into his music. A double bass player Marian Friedl added jazz part to Telemann’s work. Marta Kratochvílová, a baroque flute player liked it, so the concert duo Telemannia was born and with their performance Fantasias per flauto traverso e contrabbaso as well.
